2012 EV lineup in the US: Joe Schnaier considers buying one
Reading news about electric vehicles, I, Joe Schnaier the car lover and environmentalist, came across this article from practicalenvironmentalist.com about the 2012 EV lineup in the US. Suddenly, I considered replacing my old car, a 2001 Honda Civic, next year. Although, FastWheel (the name of my car) has never been a problem for me, buying an EV is really a dream of mine and something I’ve invested to a lot for a long time due to its efficiency, which is 400 to 600 percent more than an internal combustion engine.
Among those that rumored to be on the market in 2012 (and something which I may consider buying) are the following:
Focus E – Ford’s big move in the growing mainstream EV market, the car model (which is my second choice) is seen as one of the most competitive cars available. According to Ford, the vehicle has 100-mile maximum range and will be selling for $30,000.
